Other than that, you do not have to worry about anything, we will take care of the rest of the work.
Why do you need an IT disaster recovery plan?
According to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS): “An information technology disaster recovery plan (IT DRP) should be developed in conjunction with the business continuity plan. Priorities and recovery time objectives for information technology should be developed during the business impact analysis. Technology recovery strategies should be developed to restore hardware, applications and data in time to meet the needs of the business recovery.”
What should you do when there is an IT disaster?
Ideally the IT team should always be prepared for any disaster. However, safety first. Once you have secured safety and are in a position to get IT systems back online for critical operations, follow the IT DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) to ensure your system is back online safely.
