DocuNav's training services range from technical to end-user training, with options for courses occurring both on-site and remotely. Training is designed uniquely for each customer's needs. Additionally, workshops and certification programs through both Laserfiche and DocuNav are also offered.
DocuNav Solutions provides training for technical personnel on the system's architecture, databases, backend applications, and interfaces with other systems. Technical training generally focuses on how to setup the system, manage the security, folder trees, file structures, and templates.
DocuNav provides end-user training as part of our customer services. Training tailored to the end user, i.e. how to scan, index, search, etc. DocuNav can always take a "train the trainer" approach as well. We want you to be as self-sufficient as you want to be.
